Firstly when I went, I got bad service with an employee giving me a .jpg scan file for an official document, instead of a pdf. Despite that, I entrusted them to repair my PC, only for them to try siphone more money out of me. Even after that, I still let Francis fix it and Friday 02/10/2020 he tells me that he'll get the PC working soon and I can get it later that Friday, but to be on the safe side, I should get it on Monday 05/10/2020. It's Monday. I call him (goes to voicemail), so I text him and he spins me another story. I was going to let it slide, but I was upset he said Monday and didn't come through, so I called him and he told me to fetch my laptop because he doesn't want trouble". I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Especially after Francis gave me grief about not supporting Black businesses. I did and look what happened. No more."
