We ordered chocolate cake but they baked vanilla and 1 layer of chocolate which was not communicated to us that we need to pay an extra fee for all layers to be chocolate because we would've paid as we WANTED chocolate not vanilla, on top of that, the vanilla was not even fresh, when cutting it, it just falls apart. Please next time communicate with your customers!
