We are currently camping in Hartenbos, and our Victron Blue Smart IP67 Charger packed up. (On the 23rd December After Hours). I have contacted TwinSol, and they advised that they can assist, and today (24th December at around 12:00) I took delivery of the new charger. They even met me just outside Hartenbos.The owners of this company, has put themselves in my shoes, and know, no-one will help untill the new year.May your company go from strength to strength, as this kind of above and Beyond Excellence Service is not found anymore in this country.Thank You, for your assistance.We really appreciate this.I hope Victron See this, and reward you for this.
