Went for a couple's massage and facial. We have an amazing experience and would definitely recommend.

Just left the spa and I have nothing but praise for them, the tension is all gone. The ladies were amazing. Definitely going back.

The staff are friendly and the place itself is okay. But the ladies were 25 minutes late. They gave us 15minutes less time. Including the time they took to get ready for us, would be almost 20 to 25mins short on our 1 hr 30min massage time. The ladies aren't well trained masseuses. Very basic and disappointing for the price i paid.

The service was not great at all. The ladies walked in, didn't even introduce themselves. Poor customer service. It was such a weird and very awkward experience. That place is saved by the fact that it's situated in a nice building in Sandton, but other than that it was just average to say the least. You should take notes from MANGWANANI

Their service is rubbish from the time making an appointment they don’t respond to WhatsApps, they were late, didn’t introduce themselves just said sorry and started working. Will never recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately the experience was not great. To the point that I have opted not to procure their services. The key issue is the inability to uphold/adhere to confirmed appointments. The follow up process is also like pulling teeth.The assumption is that if the admin process is this painful, I cannot image that the services rendered will be satisfactory.My advice would be to be more proactive in future when it comes to appointments. Do not place another person in a confirmed slot, and to communicate changes. That, and to provide efficient support when things go wrong. We generally will not mind to move things around, but it must not be a painful process. Sad because I wanted to support the business, but they will not get the opportunity anymore.

Had a full body massage a week ago. Was terribly disappointed. A one hour R600 massage was done in 40 minutes. The masseur massaged with one hand while texting on the cellphone with the other hand. It is a pity that there is no professionalism, poor client contact, zero punctuality and overall poor service. Sadly will not go back there. Tried contacting the owner to no avail.

It was faboulos we enjoyed every moment i can recommend it
