I visited Dr Hlengiwe Hlongwa today. And I was super nervous but her hospitality and great conversation made me feel at ease. She explained everything so well & answered every question. Best dentist experience ever!

The worst experiance! Walked in to book an appointment 2 weeks ago. My medical aid was confirmed as accepted and the booking was scheduled by reception. On the day of my appointment, while seated at reception waiting for Dr Shumani, Dr Shumani walks out to advise me, she does not accept my medical aid. It's the inconvenience and dental impact suffered due to their incompetence. If this was advised 2 weeks ago, I would have ensured I received prompt medical attention. I walked out without the help I needed.
