I am really disappointed with their service in Reitz! They have started making promises about having their service up and running by September 2021... We are heading to September 2022 and I have only seen their team once. When they came to my home, they basically installed the hardware inside and left the roll of cable on the roof with the promise of being back on Monday". (This was back in February!) I have never seen them or even gotten an update from them to date

5 Stars for Internet SA, for not damage our roads, power lines and water pipes when they install they fibre, well done by letting us know via sms if there is any issues regarding the signal.

I make use of their service in Reitz. Despite very difficult operating circumstances they deliver good service. They are often (unfairly, in my opinion) blamed for problems that they don't have any control over. Looking forward to upgrading to fibre that they are currently installing!

Internet SA, always a pleasure doing business with you.Friendly staff from top management to the individuals working on installations. Technical department always willing to go the extra mile.Fibre line installed Aug 2021, no issues so far.Speed is good, consistent line and the best of all I have internet when there is loadshedding or power outage... I would definietly recommed the Internet SA team!

When I started of with them everything went well. But as time went on, well let's just say, if I knew that they will be so useless wrt tech support and not even be available in there office or working hours, after hours etc I would have never signed up with them.To spare yourself the hassle, don't even worry becoming a client of them.

Worst service I have ever experienced.Their line is always busy and their voicemails and Google profile claims false office hours.Constantly experiencing breakages and problems and takes them way to long to fix.10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Been with internet sa 3 months...Fibre lines working efficiently with all members in the house streaming cohesively.Had 2 days max of down time for about 2 to 4hrs..Overall conclusion to dateBest move i made..Advise all to switch over if internet sa in your area
