So my friend needs to print out pictures for her project due tomorrow and she was worried that she wouldn't make it to copy cat in time, so I searched what the trading hours are and it says closes at 5pmMy friend gets there at 4:50 and it's closed.Now she had to go to another place and that's a waste of petrol.If you say you close at 5pm then you close at 5pm not before 5pmI understand you need to do stock-take and stuff but then you do that after you close.Please change your trading hours if you are going to close before the time it says you are going to close.Other then that the service is good, and the pictures are a good quality

Rediculous customer service, I requested a simply quotation 3 days ago , employee responded immediately at first then ghosts me after I provided info they requested 3 days ago.
