My vehicle was taken to DALS Libertas for assessment only and the experience was professional and efficient. However, I already made arrangements to have my car fixed at a different Coachworks. The Assessor was friendly and helpful.

High quality work on my car. I just wished that the communication was a little better. My number was stored incorrect and it was rectified later after me calling in several times.

After 4 months of battling between Dals Libertas and Momentum I officially give up. They sat with my car for a month, with no communication, and when it was returned I saw they had crashed my bumper! I had to wait another month before they agreed to repair it (I was expected to pay for half the paint job). When I inspected the vehicle the job looked decent but after getting home I saw scratches/marks/fingerprints in the paint job which is only seen in sunlight (now I know why they parked the vehicle undercover for me to inspect). This was an amateur job. I'm done battling with them but I hope they're prepared to lose a lot of business.

I wish i cud give rating of 0 or in minus..They took my car for repairs and when i got my car back in as many as 3 weeks, I see new issues which I never experienced in the last five years or so.Ashwin is the guy who is trying to avoid me and His manager is also not ready to deal with the issue and correct their mistakes. All they are after is getting good feedback from customers.

There service was satisfactory especially from the receptionist and the service agent. Unfortunately that is all for naught because my micro USB was taken out of the slot in my car infotainment. I acknowledge that it is requested to remove all personal belongings" from the vehicle before handing it over. This however does not make it acceptable to take without asking items that does not belong to you. Just because you have the power to do something and hiding behind a disclaimer

As someone else mentioned, the only reason they're still in business is because they give insurers a good deal. Quality of workmanship and service is terrible. If you're with an insurer that insists on using them, switch insurers.Assessor was also more interested in telling me about how he doesn't get a lunch break than assessing my vehicle properly.

They have my bakkie since the 4th of december and they told me to fetch it last friday but apon imspection i left it just there nothing lines up not the bonnert not the lights and neither the bumper it looks like an amateur did the job and there where the fender line is the paint chipped because the fenders moved because of accident they touched that up with a paint brush and now there is an investigation which means ill probably only get my bakkie middle march how pathetic i wont recommend them to anyone
