Kya Sands Panelbeaters uses Sebol Towing as the preferred towing supplier.Any time a towing is need , It will be sorted out. We do not have stress knowing our clients vehciles will be collect and dropped off safely. The consultants are very quick and friendly. Terrible service! Deserves a zero star rating! The tow truck driver allocated to us didn’t even arrive. We had to be switched to another towing company after being stranded for more than an hour as the Sebol driver was running other errands before attending to our case.It’s a terrible feeling being stranded on the side of the road and watching the “live update” on the insurer’s app with the tow driver moving further and further away from our location :(

DO NOT USE. Very poor customer service. Nobody gives any feedback when the driver is going to arrive. Waited over 2 hours before I was told a driver was on the way. Not a company you can depend on in an emergency.

Sebol Towing is a reliable company whose services I've also made use of a couple of months ago.They are quite affordable for any kind of car towing. Their employees know what they are doing. They are professional and ensure that your car has been securely placed on the tow truck before driving off with. I've never had any problems with them.I just don't like the small stretch of road leading to their premises as it's got so many potholes. The city of Joburg and the JRA have neglected that area for years.
