I was none the wiser when it came to cremations but it needed to happen as this was one of my dear late aunt’s final wishes who was like a mother to me. I wanted to do it perfectly but I didn’t know where and how to start. Like any other new millennial, I went on to google to hopefully find the best crematorium. The overwhelming search results were just too much for someone who didn’t know anything about cremations. However, on each search I made related to cremations, SendOff kept on popping up until it finally got me curious. I clicked on it , and browsed over it and I thought it was just another funeral policy site which isn’t what I’m looking for.I got out of the site and went on to search some more. SendOff popped up again, but this time it was an an article titled “difference between a burial and a cremation.” I read through it and Igot a sense around cremations. I then trusted that they know what they’re talking about. I downloaded the app and I leisurely browsed over their services. I got to cremations, selected the cremation full service. I was impressed with what was said as it mentioned what I was looking for but still, being the person I am, I found it to be too good to be true. I phoned them to get more information. On the other end of the line, I got this empathetic lady who took me through every step of the process. Such a great idea and very innovative. This app made the whole process so much easier and It was not time consuming. The advisors were also very helpful and guided us through the entire process. I definitely recommend this for anyone who has to arrange anything relating to a funeral .

I found out about the app through a friend of mine who is in to tech as I am. My friend and I always scout for conveniency through technology. We landed on SendOff mistakenly and we decided to have a look at it. My initial thoughts were: what, why on earth would you make an app about planning a funeral?! the idea of planning your funeral over the phone is unconventional and a bit eerie. We nevertheless went through it and actually found it to make sense.After few months, my friend had a funeral and it happened that we couldn’t find flowers nearby for the funeral. This was a sensitive and a big moment to get anything wrong, so it mattered that everything went properly because this is a one time chance. I nevertheless went on the app and went on to the flowers section , ordered the ones I want. Few minutes later after confirming my order, I got a call. The call was to confirm my purchase as well as to acknowledge it and I was impressed by that. We spoke about everything like address, how I want it to be delivered, what time etc and they spoke to me in a manner that was empathetic and understanding. I really was impressed with the customer service.We got what we ordered and the funeral went on to be bespoke and heartwarming.Working with SendOff gave my friend and I time to mourn properly without worrying about the admin of the funeral.I would heartily recommend SendOff to all seeking convenience.
