Extremely poor service... Unfortunately they were the provider for my estate and I decided it will be easier.Do not make the same mistake.You can not get hold of them, they have no knowledge of there own products.I have now sat with faulty WiFi for 5 days.Extremely unhelpful and you can not even get hold of the hem much less thier manager.DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIERGood DayI am a client, my client number is HQ2616, it is very surprising you did not pick it up on your system.

Don't recommend them at all. Full of promises of fast uninterrupted internet. Once connected, the internet is slow almost every day and night and they can't seem to get it sorted. On a 10Mbps you only get max 3Mbps, yet they are so quick to send the monthly invoice. Not a happy customer at all!!! Don't get tricked like we did, don't use them.

Was happy with the service until they made changes on there network. It has been 17 days now that they cannot resolve the problem of intermittent connection drops. Now that I want to cancel they threaten me with penalties and legal action. I mailed there support and helpdesk this morning and still waiting for a reply 10 hours later.24 hours after I posted the above the problem was resolved. Hope there is no more problems until my contract ends

Extremely poor service . It's been more than week and I still have not been activated , let alone received any correspondence or feedback regarding my application. After being promised that it takes 24 hours to get activated. The agent who was assisting never responds to any of my mails or messages. Truly the pits.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Firstly it's the false advertising of having not to worry about loadshedding, they even sell UPS's for their routers but what good is that when their back up gives in and is not maintained. Graceland Estates's back up has been down for weeks now with empty promises from Screamer. As if that's not enough now there is no internet all together even when the power is back on. We have lost and continue to lose money because we rely on their mediocre service.

Worst internet provider ever. For some reason they have disconnected my service which I have paid for. And they’re ignoring my emails. Been patient with them with their unstable internet for the past 14 months

I have been battling with proper ISP's over the years, I signed up with Screamer November 2019. The first 3 month I had a great experience with them. In February when the load shedding started I had constant outages of more than 3 hours. Even now recently there are small outages for no apparent reason. Then today at the time of writing this review, the internet does not even stay online for 5 minutes at a time. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

Their telephone system was a mess, and I battled to get hold of the right department. I was frustrated, but glad they took the time to come back to me and try fixing their problems. I was just not happy that they would get Lawyers involved to protect their name. this to me is a red flag.
