Convenient. Not too crowded. Eateries, clothing shops, cinema, pharmacy and the police station is right there. There's normally entertainment outside the centre ingoma, comedians and/or musicians. Fruits and veg vendors, nails technicians are available on shelters outside.

Easy to access stores and saves more time to buy in one place then to hop from location to location trying to find stores

The stores inside are sooooo nice with so much more variety than other malls. Just be a bit cautious with safety but fully enjoyed my retail experience

In overall the facilities and neatness is there about the place, meaning it is of good but not excellent standard that why I rate it at four. The shops within the centre it varies based on those I have visited recently and in the past, again some are making you depart from the place with a smile on your face, though often being busy week in week out depends though sometimes. But some crooks seem to be there to fish for innocent souls in various ways. So do mind those you come to be in contact with since security sometimes is at the entrance only.

Pick n pay store is useless when it comes to till express. 45 minutes waiting to pay for one item. I only moved once. Really annoying when customers are treated like this.have to leave without buying anything.MANAGEMENT SHOULD REALLY WAKE UP, OT NOT THE 1ST TIME THIS HAPPENS. NOW IM HEADING OUT TO SPAR...LET SEE HOW QUICK WITH SERVICE.

Beautiful mall. Not the Workshop arty experience I had many years ago. Now just a mall. Clean inside but outside its looks bit dodgy.

There should be security at the main entrance and exit of this place. I liked it, only challenge I had was the guys I found outside one time. They bothered me and store from me right next to the taxi I was getting in as I was putting my things in the car.

You'll find most convenient stores in Workshop shopping center and it not complex.. everything is at an open space, You just have to know where you going and what you looking for.

Uncomfortable. You’re always canvassed by beggars and vendors in the entrances and exits.Always field agents trying to sell you insuranceThis is in the city of Durban, so you always feel like you might get robbed or an ATM might be rigged.Go there when you absolutely have no choice
