For someone like that was not very technically inclined, 1-grid made the entire experience of setting up our website and uploading it onto the domain very simple and easy. When I has any issues that occurred, they (Joseph Mubwandarikwa) helped me almost immediately and was in communication with me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to set up a website.

Company does not answer calls or respond to emails. Attempts at using their live chat feature and video calls to get ahold of sales team is also fruitless… empty promises made when visiting their HQ as well… as a prospective client its scary that this company does not care about onboarding new potential clientsUpdate to Post:1-Grid had attempted to resolve my query immediately since I initially made this post. Yazid reached out to me through email directly, hoping to get my query fully resolved in coming days

Many frontline support people could learn from this guy!David Kotzee received my call, listened calmly and attentively to my query, suggested he could help me with my query then asked if he could call me right back - which he did! i can't remember when last I received such amazing service! Firstly, I had to sort out my account, whereas Wiedaad assisted me yesterday, however even though she works in billing, she assisted me with sales and a few other enquiries I had as well.I then had to phone in this morning due to settings that needed updating and got through to David who assisted me super quickly and easily.I wish all customer interactions were like this. Very professional and helpful. Both David and Wiedaad were incredible.
