Shocking attitude, not what was requested and insane price for what was made up. Not even worth the 1 star.Responding to your below reply, no one is ever purchased I understand, however, when a customer indicates dissatisfaction for a bunch of flowers that were for a very important event, your attitude and response could have rectified the experience but sadly it didn't. We won't be purchasing in the future.

I've never seen a more beautiful floral and decor setup. Such a talented group of people who always go the extra mile. Thank you Cindy + team for everything, we were so in love with the stunning work you did for our wedding.

I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about because these lovely people rescued a wedding anniversary for me. I have had to isolate due to a possible Covid exposure and as such at the last minute was not able to join my wife in Ballito for our 28th wedding anniversary (I'm stuck in Cape Town).After a phone call and a few WhatsApp messages, a deal was made and a stunning set of 28 roses was delivered to my wife within the space of about 4hours start to finish. She is absolutely thrilled, she says they smell stunning with big bold heads. I cannot say thank you enough for turning a miserable moment into a delight. Thank you, you guys were amazing!

I contactrd the owner regarding flowers thats was delivrred to mr ob Thursday and attached photis of the dead red roses. Our flowers do not follow a supplier chain process, and arrive directly from various farms. We are able to monitor and control the flowers in our space, however I cannot confirm what has affected the life span of the roses once leaving our shop.We have had 2 days since Thursday with 36 degree heat. I have always loved shopping for these beautiful flowers as there is just so much to choose from.For my birthday I wanted a beautiful bunch that's all I wanted, my hubby spent +-R700 for a bunch that I could have bought 4 bunches from woolies that looked better than what I got and my woolies flowers last 3 weeks longer that were bought for me on my birthday. Love Laugh Proteas was dying the next day. I then messaged them telling them my experience with this and they couldn't have cared less as they are only responding to my messages in August and my birthday was 9 July.The Manager was not even interested in making my experience better but only to make it worse. Yea you won Best of Ballito because I was one of those customers that voted for you that you will never see again and definitely won't be speaking highly of you again.

What a beautiful and breathtaking flower shop. From the moment you walk it smells amazing, and the staff are super friendly and know exactly what you want without you even knowing. By far one of my favourite stores in Ballito.

Must use vendor for flowers and décor. When I first met Cindy I gave her my ideas for the flowers and she even made recommendations for me about the décor and after I have spoken to her it was as if my whole picture for my wedding came to life. She and her staff really goes out of her way to make your day beautiful and her flowers and décor is very affordable and worth every cent.

An absolutely beautiful store, too many special goodies to choose from and the most wonderful people working there. Thank you Cindy and team!
