Sketchy as! bought a moped off these guys, had an issue with it so they came and picked it up to investigate, turned out it needed a new part seemed simple enough, however in the mean time my bike was dropped and damaged AND they lost the key. They had my bike for two weeks which unknown to me at the time was to cover up the damage, which I found out once I got my bike home. Criminals

I came to Mandurah scooters to get a new back tire put on my moped, I rocked up early but they still took me in and got work, while I was waiting they offered me a drink and kept checking up on me. Awesome people!

Took my son's Adly scooter in for a regular service, went to pick it up and it was in pieces they wanted over $600 to repair it; saying it wouldn't start yet it had been riden there fine that morning.All 3 staff members where smoking in the workshop very unprofessional approach.We had to get the scooter towed home.

Really dodgy place. Had to get consumer protection involved after having my wheelchair serviced with them. They take no accountability for their work errors... I recommend you don’t use this business.

Everything was done quick which was good, no dramas there however the worksmanship is below average, and just downright lazy at some points, the issue i took it in for was said to be fixedd but is now worse along with other parts of the bike which are worse off then when the bike was given to them, the only positive was the new plug they put in which seems to have the bike running slightly smoother but one problem was fixed and 2 more where created so i wouldnt reccomend these guys, nor would i use them again in future, the prices are fairly reasonable, they are punctual, but the work isnt verry great at all, i give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they thought they fixed the issue, but more care shoulf be taken to insure the issue is fixed before telling the customer its fixed, i dont normally leave reviews of any kind but im extremely unhappy with the work that was done and feel others should know, also there are alot of reviews claiming lost keys, thankfully no issues there keys where returned fine!

I rang them to see if they do e-scooter repairs the lady said no one in Mandurah does which is a lie the bike kiosk who I bought mine from does the problem is I needed it asap for work so firstly they lied secondly I find it hard to believe U don't repair them when some reviews just said they took a scooter to get repaired and u ripped them off bunch of lies all over
