I always receive friendly service from Leatherite,whether in peron when I'm in Pretoria, or via online orders as I live in Dullstroom. Millicent is always quick with her response and couriers my order promptly. I love visiting this store but I always spend way too much money LOL

I sent my wife to their store to purchase some tan wax leather treatment and she returned discussed with the poor service she received. Three people were in the shop and no one offer to help her. She felt very uncomfortable and might never do me a favor to go buy items from shop

Great range of leathers to choose from, struggle to find all the leather tooling tools that you require due to majority being imported. Last visit was not great, no help received from anyone working there and they did not seem bothered that there was a customer there. I eventually just left.

They stock a range of leather - ostrich, different grades, soft and more rigid leather as well as nguni and sheep hides. I loved the smell of leather and the show room is very neat and organized. The salesperson and the cashier were friendly and professional. Well worth a visit. No cash exepted but cards and EFT welcome.

You can place all your trust in Leatherite for any leather related needs. I received service from a knowledgeable guy as I stepped into the shop. Identified a matching hide for my leather couch promptly, and I was helped in less than 30 minutes. Fairly priced. Took my newly purchased hide to the business next to Leatherite for the alterations and stitching work. All in all a very good shopping experience.
