We were extremely disappointed with the service received (or should I say non received).The store was closed on a Friday for stocktaking but a number and email were available for emergency.We called the number, explaining our situation: we had a visa appointment at the VFS centre and we needed to print two documents beforehand. As we were coming from Musina, we did not know that the shop will be closed this specific day. The lady repeated to us that the store was closed for stocktaking and when we tried to explain again the emergency she just hung up the phone.We always had very good and professional experience at this place previously so it was really disappointing.

Address listed on google is faulty. Extremely disappointed in the poor service after an online order. I ordered stationary and a metal cupboard. The order was delayed without any communication from Waltons telling me this. The stationary was delivered after I enquired, but the cupboard was not even though the online platform said it was. I expected better from such an established company.

Most pathetic service I have ever recieved. Gentleman was not well trianed and did not know how to operate the system, further to that he didn't have change and told me to go look for change myself, because it was too early in the morning. This is the second encounter I have had with this gentleman and both times I was extremely disappointed.
