Unfortunately, it would seem that GeneratorPRO is not only very disorgised, but the staff also very rude.I contacted GeneratorPRO in the morning with an urgent diagnosis/repair matter. I emphasised the urgency of the matter on the phone.They instructed me to send my details through so they could come and help me, which I did immediately.I sat around all day waiting for someone to turn up, with absolutely no communication whatsoever.Late that evening I received a whatsapp link from GeneratorPRO stating that I needed to pay a 50% deposit for the call-out and diagnostics fees. Fine - businesses need to protect themselves, although it would have been useful to have been made aware of this before I wasted a full working day waiting for nobody to show up.I paid this deposit immediately - no response/communication from GeneratorPRO that evening or the next morning.When I chased up (myself), I finally received a response - that they are completely full and would fit me in if/where possible.I was understandably frustrated that: 1) they said they could help me in my urgency and then left me hanging; 2) took my money, and they informed me that they could not commit to being able to accommodate me.When I politely raised my concern that this was slightly dishonest, I got a mouth full of rudeness over text messages exclaiming that they now don't want my business.
