Teresa told us we’d have an apartment available January 9 and then changed the dates in the contract (2 days prior to our move in) without notifying us. We contacted her Jan 9 to discuss move in steps and she told us that we’d now have to move in Feb 9 bc someone else booked the apartment for the month. Beyond unprofessional and terrible communication that has now left us without an apartment. I will never be using this company again to secure property in Mossel bay.

My Just Property Agent in Oudtshoorn was Suzi Cromhout. Suzi is an excellent agent whom I would recommend to anyone. She is very professional and kindly assists in helping you every step of the way. She is a kind and very understanding person who listens to your needs in order to provide you with the best accommodation. This was my first time renting through Just Property and I can honesty say that I would make use of them again, especially with an agent such as Suzi.
