I have a similar experience. After being told yesterday at Atlantic Laundry in Woodstock that I could collect my washing today any time after 4pm, I went about 4.25pm, and yep - nothing!When I asked assistant if she could please call and find out how long it would take to deliver, she mentioned something about the phone not working properly. I asked her to send a WhatsApp message, which she did. Of course, there was no response!I then got a call about an hour later to say my washing had arrived. I went to collect it immediately. Got home - only to find that 2 pairs of jeans were missing! No I wonder if it will be found or if I'll be reimbursed?!To cap it all, I paid a lot to have the washing done.Where is the quality control?!?! Surely, the ops management should have this pat down by now?!?!This is simply poor service - there is no other word to describe my experience.Dear Owner,It is now five days later since the review was posted above, and I still not heard from you after you had asked me to contact you on WhatsApp which I did. I enquired on WhatsApp about my missing jeans yesterday, and you did not respond.I called you this morning on WhatsApp - no response!What does this non-communication mean?
