I emailed them for advice on a gas geyser installation.They put me in touch with their installation technician and he assisted me telephonically in solving the cause of my problem. Short and sweet to the point problem solving free of charge.But take note that the installation was professional and there was only a minor glitch making temperature adjustment difficult.

I arranged to visit Delta Gas the Saturday before after they were recommended to me by a hardware store and gas seller I contacted specifically in connection with a new gas installation to feed to a new gas stove. When I phoned I spoke to Franco Cloete who was most helpful and advised me to prepare a sketch of the layout with some dimensions. I emailed the sketch in Saturday and visited the store on Monday. Franco printed my sketch in a jiffy and I showed him photographs of the site. Within a short space of time we had picked all the items I require and I was on my way. I specifically looked out for accessibility for wheelchairs and took a photo to confirm this.

Just bought a 3 burner gas heater for R1399. They give a two year guarantee and most important friendly service. Worth every star!Martin

I handed a gas heater in to be repaired. After having to call them several times and complaining to the manager, i was told the heater was ready for collection. I was charged for new parts, but nothing was replaced. They just repurposed the old parts and charged me for new ones.
