Happy with the really friendly manager and my nail tech but the receptionist came in minutes after I had called doesn't even greet only when she wants to know what I'm going to do here. Please understand I did my nails on Friday I was super happy with them, they started lifting 2 days later. Bongi needs to work on her customer service.

Nonnie was amazing. Really enjoyed my treatment. I had a power pedicure. R350 for a soak, scrub, massage file and paint. Preferred this sorbet to the one inside the Rosebank mall.I have been back and everyone is still lovely. My mani and pedi were however not the most relaxing. I was in a bit of pain when I left so I'll be in no hurry to return unfortunately. Likely to go back for a pedi and make sure to request Nonnie.

Wonderful waxing session with LoveDelia. Really one of the most pain free sessions also very informative. I found the service to be more than satisfactory and the branch a breath of fresh air. Henceforth I will only be patronizing here.

Everything seems rushed ,I had two nail techs doing my soak off. I was not in a rush and the one lady was not very friendly.

STAY AWAY! My wife had the worst experience at this branch. She was greeted by a friendly receptionist but thats as far as positives go. The nail tech she was assigned didn't even look up to greet when she sat down. She started to cut the cuticles away and made incisions that went in toward the finger leaving 3 or 4 of her fingers bloody. (Her middle finger didn't stop bleeding for 45mins and bled through 3 cottonballs). This is all very disturbing especially for a women that works with her hands on a day to day basis with patients. She does her nails every now and then to relax and unwind not get butchered. She specifically chooses sorbet because she expects good reliable quality and service with technicians who are experienced, qualified AND MOST IMPORTANTLY ACTUALLY WANT TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BY BEING ATLEAST COURTEOUS ENOUGH TO SMILE OR GREET.After this whole ordeal she didn't even have the decency to apologize and wanted to carry on while my wife was bleeding. After wife got up she proceeded to say you can speak to the boss and went to the back of the shop while the receptionist(manager?) offered us vouchers which we didn't want and tshepo(another lady that worked there) helped my wife clean the wounds and put plasters and cotton and gauze on the cuts.Horrific experience honestly.

My therapist was amazing. I understand how much therapists rely on product sales for their salaries, but she was genuinely interested in my needs and didn't try to convince me to switch. Thorough, professional, attentive service and my face loved the treatment.

Never going back there again. I asked for a Quick Pedicure which was estimated to cost me R175. I confirmed with the nail technician about which service I was asking for. I was charged for a Mini pedicure because I should’ve said “Quickie” instead of Quick. But the pamphlet says Quick on it??I was charged R280 for a service I didn’t ask for.Not to mention that my nail is smudged. I wore open toed shoes for 24hrs after getting my toes done and it’s still somehow smudged…
