Lot of this so call Free state Development Corporation are in a state of collapsing,poor management.I have been doing research about FDC and it's shocking to find out most of they are shopping complexs are in a very poor conditions.Actually it looks likes they have been abandoned and they don't give a dam about that.Something must be done about this FDC.....RegardsMoeketsi Mahlaba
