I went there to get a new card since I lost mine. They easily helped me and said the fee for losing my card will be debited into the card this helped me not to you the cash I had at hand.

Been two months now since I took my phone for repairs till today i haven’t received my phone back, been going back and forth to the store to check if it’s fine but nothing and bear in mind I use transportation which costs me money, it’s Pointless because even the waiting period For phone repairs has overlapped I’m frustrated Because I’m initially paying for something which is not on my presence how ironic... so far I’m not happy with the service I’m receiving, sent an email no response. I’m just out of words!I’ll just cancel my account sooner or later

i'm not happy with the service i got. i have a phone insurance and i wanted help for my phone to be fixed (with my insurance) instead they telling me i wanted to commit fraud. but if i wanted to commit fraud i was going to lie and tell them my phone was lost.. i'm really unhappy with their service.

The worst place anyone would ever want to visit, how on earth do you close Toilets in a busy place like that all in the name of cleaning? Really? No, why can't they do their cleaning after hours so they can allow people to use bathrooms during the day? Bad management,
