James and the Elevate team are world-class. I cannot fault them. They take complete responsibility for the booking administration as well as the physical care of the property, including maintenance issues. It has only been a pleasure working with Elevate, knowing my asset and our guests are well cared for.

Spent an amazing few days at 3 Peaks Designer Apartment. The entire process was managed by Elevate a company that manages several Airbnb’s in Cape Town City Bowl. Our contact James Boyers was extremely professional in terms of responding to my various questions and the check in was slick and efficient. The apartment came with lots of little extras like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. I messaged James to tell him it was very hot in the bedroom and he immediately appeared with a brand new fan, no questions asked. Elevate clearly ensures customer service remains its top priority. I hope to stay in one of the Elevate Management stable of Airbnb’s again. Marion Henman

Elevate is the most professional outfit in short term property rental.

I've been with Elevate for about 18 months now. I initially moved one of my properties away from a much bigger management company to see if there was a noticeable difference in financial performance. I was very pleasantly suprised as my property performed +- 60-80% better than it had been (granted we were in Covid so things were a bit up and down).The unintended consequence however was a much better service offering. Very attentive property managers and the owner, James, is always available on whatsapp. I live in London so it's important for me to know I have a competent team on the ground.I've now have 3 properties managed with Elevate and I really would recommend them.

After seeking and vetting a number of other agents in the market, I am happy that I made the decision to go with Elevate. James runs has a hands on approach to running Elevate. Recent updates (in the last week) for the client portal are intuitive and allows a wonderful snapshot of how things are going with the property rental.
