I put in an engineered oak floor through Mike about 1.5 years ago and the floor is absolutely beautiful. Mike went above and beyond to make sure I got an amazing floor.As with any wooden floor that is a living product it moves with the seasons and this is normal. One or 2 planks however did delaminate which once again is normal. The fantastic thing that Mike is always on call to fix the problem. Really superb after sales service!

I have been so impressed by the knowledgeable, enthusiastic service I received at First Choice Flooring. I had a discontinued carpet sample, so difficult to match, it was such a tiny order, and yet, everyone got of their chairs to help. I had three top notch people assisting me, collaborating with each other, one phoning for discontinued carpets, while another pulled out more options. There was such a good vibe among the staff, and I cannot remember when last I experienced such amazing, caring service. I walked out of there with a perfect solution at a good price. And this is after several other tries elsewhere. I thought I had an impossible task and these guys gave me their time and just sorted me out, not compromising on what I needed. 10 out of 10 for First Choice Flooring!! Thanks for excellent service, when I really needed it.
