I attended the Commercial Mediation Training with Conflict Dynamics. It is a packed 5 days that gives you so much knowledge to be able to mediate. But what it also does, it gives you the space to also unlearn learned behaviours that could you as a Mediator.I highly recommend this training

MENTAL HEALTH FOR MEDIATORS - I took part in the course as part of my Professional Development as a Commercial Mediator. I found that this course was insightful, practical and engaging. Great course which challenges one to keep reflecting in the learning cycle to move from consciously incompetent to become consciously competent. Facilitators were great and helpful (Samantha and Ebrahim). I recommend the course for mediators and also application in personal life.

Conflict dynamics offer world class training in mediation, with accreditation through IMI and the option to be accredited by CEDR. They are attentive to each participant and determined to guide you to success and ensure that you walk away not just competent, but confident. The trainers themselves are fantastic, and although the course is only 6 days long, I came away with a proper and comprehensive understanding of both the field of mediation and my role as a mediator.
