Very poor service. I've ordered on the 26th june and paid cash. I have not received my order and now getting SMS saying it has been cancelled due to payment delay how I don't know. The branch is now closed due to protests and here I am cold while I bought blankets in cash. When I call customer service they tell me to go where I bought and they will fix it. I am so disappointed as a 1st time buyer.

Poor services. Bad management procedure.How do you run a stoor with lies. Bad attitude from the manager. How do you promise the handlement of a delivery and all of a sudden you absent on the actual day. I dont like katlegong.
