Seems like a nice shop at first sight..definitely starting to show signs of lower quality imports... Staff have attitude.....I prefer other electrical shops even if i have to goto 2 or 3 shops to get quality components.

Service used to be excellent here but my last visit, whew! Not Customer Friendly at all and the next Customer who came all the way from Pmb ended up yelling at the same unfriendly Service Guy at the Till

Need to modernize check out process. Ridiculous to have to queue for an invoice, then queue again to pay, even to purchase a single off the shelf, barcoded item. Abandoned my purchase after waiting around 30 mins.
