On our way to Hermanus via the Franshhoek Pass (which is a beautiful drive) we decided to grab some lunch in the small town of Villiersdorp. We ended up at the Chicchi di Caffé located inside of the Le Gallerie Centre on the main road. For a small town restaurant they were quite busy and it's always good if a place is popular with the locals. Their menu has quite a variety and if you enjoy breakfast dishes, it's good to note that they serve breakfast all day long. The portions were good, tasty and definitely value for money. One of our guests did opt for the quiche which she says wasn't that great, though. Most of their tables are located inside the restaurant, but they also have 2 tables outside if you want a view of the main road. Parking was a bit of an issue as they don't have their own designated parking area, but you can just park down one of the side streets and walk to the restaurant.

Lovely homely atmosphere and friendly service from staff. Loved the fireplace where we were able to warm up.
