It was so awkward as a customer watching 2 staff members - who were in the process of assisting us - verbally going at each other. To the point that one of them became teary eyed. After that we felt like we were not given the attention we needed and we resorted to saying as little as possible. We did make the purchase because it was urgent for us. But that was the most awkward purchase experience. That staff has unresolved issues coupled by a lack of conflict resolution training and value of the customer.
