Having unanimous 5 star ratings can sound too good to be true (especially in our country) so I gave them a try to see for myself.. guess what? I'm also giving them 5 stars. Their friendly attitude and professionalism from phone calls right down to dealing with your mac issues is something to rave about. Even their dogs were friendly!

Absolutely brilliant and friendly service! The clip of my right arrow key of my Macbook broke. Jovan fixed the issue in 20sec. The iStore told me they needed 4-6 working days to fix it.

Ghervan replaced my MacBook Air battery in about three minutes. I was extremely impressed with his service and friendly manner. His dog looks terrifying but was super sweet and friendly. He even took the time to show my kids the inside of the laptop and let them pet his pet snake. Super awesome experience and will recommend to others. Fair pricing as well. Ten stars!

Absolutely incredibly service and incredibly friendly staff. Helped me within minutes to resolve an issue other stores said would take 7-10 business days. Incredibly grateful to have found such a wonderful technician, definitely my go-to service provider from now on! Will be recommending them to as many people who will listen.
