Just received my order, no kides meal... As a first time customer this will be MOST DEFINITELY MY LAST ORDER. Tried calling NO ANSWER. R345. 80 for this!!!!!! I didn't get my Jr Wopper with juice.. Thanks now my child must starve

Most times is every meal made perfect. What I dislike is that everytime you get to the last window,to collect your order, do the staff ask you to reverse your car while waiting for your order...

I so enjoyed my first visit. I liked the sturdy table and chairs. In fact I noticed the extra effort burger King took in ensuring safety staircase, playden and table and chairs. The food was delicious and we were happy with the service. Can the tables just be wiped timeously. Is definitely go again.

Food is fresh, up to burger king standards. Expect to wait for your food. The place seems a bit understaffed, this burger king serves a big area/cummunity and I think that they should employ more people, because wait times, especaillly when they are busy... wait times are a little long.

Ladies bathroom has no lock on it and it's right next to the men's.On arrival we ask the manager/supervisor where we could park as we are not familiar with the place he sarcastically answered Infront of the shop of even in the shop.The cashier did not greet us and hardly acknowledged us. Poor communication skills.Our food was fine but that was my first experience at Burger king.

Pop in for a quick meal however service was really bad asked cashier what chicken was available with the big king box before ordering, once order was placed the chicken was not available, waited 20 more minutes then told that I needed to take something else then that not available had wait longer. Asked if I could take a different meal, cashier walked away and then waited some more. Long story short worst burger King experience, I have ever had. Never coming here again.

What a disappointment Burger King. Gave me wrong order, over charged me. Manager wasn't very apologetic and was happy to rather get rid of me than help me. Bad service and place was untidy. Staff rather stood around talking than cleaning up tables and floors...was not impressed. please have your soda machine repaired, why advertise a flavour then water comes out and clean up the drip tray, I guess that's the way their homes look so they don't know better. Bad service, bad employees giving a good brand a bad name.

I’ve been to this branch a few times and sadly the service is always shockingly bad. The staff is extremely rude, loud and unprofessional. This is undoubtedly the dirtiest branch I have ever seen. I see a revamp is taking place. Please do us all a favour and revamp the staff as well. Pointless having a beautiful building and the staff in rotten.
