What's with this RECEPTION LADY? You'd swear we not paying for their services....

I went to Labor to submit forms for maternity leave . They gave me a from for the doctor to fill in just to prove that I was pregnant. Well since I’m Dr Lebae’s regular patient and went there while I was pregnant for scans I decided to go there to get a stamp , signature and a practice number they insisted that I should pay R200 or I’m not getting the form . It doesn’t make sense at all because there are other ladies I was attending appointments with at the clinic and they got theirs free of charge from their doctors. They all were shocked when I told them what happened.I’m highly disappointed !!!

Receptionist is extremely rude!!!! I tried to make an appointment she actually hung up the phone in ear very bad service !.....rather not risk my health there
