Absolutely awesome service, very quick repair turnaround time today and Stephen kept me updated every step of the way. The only tiny gripe is that their premises are hard to find due to lack of signage.

Samsung Service agent,Don't expect the best service out of them, communication via email gives you the impression they on top of their game but it's unfortunately let down by poor turn around times due to their workshop.Expect lead times of about 5 days min if you taking your phone in for repairs. They don't keep spare parts on site, diagnoses takes about 3 days, and everything must be ordered from Samsung.Expressing your dissatisfaction gets you a take it or leave it attitude as well, ended up collecting my phone to take to another provider.

I checked all the reviews on this one and I was skeptical, I thought I would try them, they are an LG service repair centre, If I only listened to the bad reviews, I would have spared myself a lot of grief. Stay away from this place they are not certified to even handle a plastic cup.You have been warned by all the bad reviews.UPDATEDI booked my monitor in at A-Solutions, My monitor has a backlight bleed, A-Solutions could not find the issue, which is weird because I took photos of the bleed and you can't miss it. from there it went to lg midrand and they told me the bleed is within spec, when i received my monitor back it was dropped, the box was damaged as well as the polystyrene inside, when i plugged it in there was a new bleed, they picked it up again and after waiting 5 days I was told that they wont be replacing or repairing my monitor under WARRANTY. lg says that they received the monitor and box like this from A-Solutions, who is lying, I have no idea. I have absolutely made up my mind that lg is dead to me and I would spread this bad review wherever I can.

I am truly shocked at the poor level of service recieved from this company as a Samsung repair centre. When i first visited they told me if my phone was under warranty(which it is) they can order the part prior to booking it in for repairs, and that it can be done within a day and i can pick it up before they close. This was not the case, i had no communication that the unit is going to be ready the following day, and when i went in as soon as they opened they told me it will be ready at 2 o clock, i say its fine. An hour later (9am) they let me know the phone is ready for collection, i go and fetch it, and had to wait FOR AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES, before being told they will courier it, it was delivered at 14:25... C'mon guys, fix this problem!
