Rooms not up market but clean, good security, clean yard and parking is enough. The bathrooms and showers are tiny but there is hot water. Friendly reception.

I was not happy with the continuous interruption of the TV/decoder signal, for my entire stay here. The staff members at night tried to assist me and kept on saying it will eventually be fine, but it never was! Please resolve this issue as a matter of urgency because one cannot enjoy watching TV for more than 2min then the problem resurfaces again.The continuous power failure is also a call for concern as this resulted in the unavailability of water in the shower. If needed, please increase your system capabilities to cater for when your lodge is full to capacity, as this also protects your equipment from being damaged by these power failures.I'm available for comment if needed.

The bed was very comfortable with the clean linen. The TV was not playing, it always says no signal. Shower head need to be fixed or change, water comes out of that head was too little.

This is the worst place to book in Bochum. There is no hot water for the shower, the ceiling was leaking all night and our bed was soaking wet! The bathroom is disgusting and no wonder they don't advertise it on their socials! The property is poorly maintained and the owner is very rude and has no respect for any of his guests! This is a no no!!! Zero stars.

Great guest house in the heart of Blouberg area. Great space for parking. Ever so comfortable beds and really friendly and helpful stuff. If you're in Bochum and needing a place to rest, sleep and get peace of mind, this is the place to be..
