Shopping is not consumer friendly, especially when purchasing from different departments there is too much walking and too much logistics verification and confirmations. I had to spend more than 6 hours in the shop. Starting from getting a quote.. Choosing what you need.. Going to the cashiers you are sure to spend at least an hour or more in each department... What makes matter worse is when there is error with the quote.. Refund process... Terrible. They don't reverse money back into your card.. They give you cash!!! Imagine carrying around that sum of money..Otherwise besides the systems and processes.. .. Good prices.. Discounts and friendly helpful staff!!!!!!
