Netcare St. Augustine’s Hospital Helipad
Some of the nursing staff leave much to be desired. They don't take the patients interest to heart. They forget that the services / treatment being administered to patients is paid for and not free. Follow ups are pathetic, but I must compliment Staff Nurse Sibonelo and Sister Msomi. Please extend my gratitude to them.

In doctor rooms procedure do cannot really comment on hospital . But can say facility is clean and efficient and those I did bump into friendly and courteous .

Waited an hour for a bed for my 2 year old. Then waited a further 45 min yo be seen in the room. It's 8:15pm and still no treatment, no physical checks, nothing. I would have been better off staying at home

The first time I was in icu the nurses were terrible, and not interested in helping, all they did was talk and laugh with there friends or were on there phones, at 4 o clock I asked to go to the toilet by 7pm I was still waiting, well by this time I'd had enough and let them have it.

The care that I received from day 1 @Trauma unit it was 100% , I also thank the care that I received @ Surgical Ward 3 it was 100% I thank all the staff from that Ward including the Physio Ms Mchunu she was helping me to walk she was 100% I was not happy at all about my Doctor

It's not a place that people like to be at, but if the situation calls, then you know that you are getting treated from the porter, nursing staff and doctors who try and make your visit as comfortable as possible without additional stress, I've seen first hand how different folks from different backgrounds are treated same with dignity and respect, they do everything they can to even accommodate the patients extended families,so just know you are in good hands, even while they experience high volume of emergencies they still accommodated us.. So yes its a thumbs up from me

Unhappy of the hygiene, ward is mopped, not dusted, food trays not cleaned, no patient bins, and dirt accumulated at patient bedside, also patient is bored, tv not working, no technician even after 2 days of complaint...water not refilled.....sad, what a drop in service delivery

The place is nice and clean. I just went to visit a patient but couldn't meet him due to covid precautions. Excellent hospitality from the lady in the main door, who did Covid precautions. Get better Mr Nkululeko Ngcobo who is in Medical ward. It's his birthday today.

Netcare St. Augustine’s Hospital Helipad
Good hospital where nearly all fields of medicine may be found. There is a bit of renovations still taking place and the entry screening for covid is now much more simplified. The netcare Cafe however is not halaal and this will prevent people from sitting down to a meal during long visits or consultations at the hospital.
