Fredlyn Pools installed our Pool about 2-3 years ago, 6 Months after he installed our Pool the pool started to leak. He then comes patches up the leak/ cracks then 3 months later it leaks again. 2 years ago he then took out the rear and installed it again with patches and only pathed up the cracks. My swimming pool till today still leaks and looks terrible. Since the beginning of 2021 I have been asking and begging him to come and fix my pool every time he tells me he will come in the week, but never shows up. Then when I try to phone him he never answers his phone but If I phone from a different number he immidatiatly answers his phone, meaning he is avoiding me. I have been patient with him and asked and asked so a few months ago I decided to post a review to see if I can get his attention and maybe then he will then come and fix my pool. Now he tells me that he has a huge problem that I posted a review and he is not going to fix my pool if I don't take off the review, How can I trust him if he did not even kept his promises before my 1st review. So If I were you And I want to install a pool I would not use Fredlyn Pools as he does not fix his problems.
