They shortened the sleeves of my denim trucker jacket and it was done so professionaly, it looked ecxactly the same as before the alterations was done and fit perfectly. Very satisfied, excellent work and friendly service. Will definitly use their services again.

Absolutely disappointed in the service and lack of communication and honesty... they lie in your face and can't deliver work in time.Also is the quality of work not very satisfying and just they refuses to give your money back, they just insist on fixing their mistakes

I took my brand new boots to El Sole to have them altered. I have very big calves and struggle to find boots that fit my calves. Even though my boots weren't a normal brown, the friendly staff were able to ad a zip and stretchy inset that were a close match to the brown of the boot and made it look as if it was designed for and part of the original boot. So happy and it's now a perfect fit. Did I mention how friendly and helpful the staff are.

A new zipper had to be inserted, however was disappointed in the workmanship, had to return it 2x & just gave it up as a bad job as the staff were not helpful at all. There were also dirty marks that was'nt there before.
