I ordered a fridge online 2 weeks back and haven’t gotten any communication until today when I decided to reach out. They told me they still sourcing the item and I should wait. When I ask for the timeline, they didn’t have one. They told me I should wait until I feel tired of waiting and then cancel the order if I am tired of waiting.

Absolutely terrible service from Game. We ordered a mobile phone online, then were told we would get a text before delivery but have received no text. We were told the driver came on Sunday, but our security had no record of that. Then we were told he came on Saturday, we were home all day and our security also had no record of a courier arriving and I had no missed calls. Then we were told by Game that the phone was returned to the store. We have been trying in vain to get the phone but no one has responded except to say they are 'looking into it'. We would like a refund, but no one responds. The phone is needed urgently. Game are quick to take your money but don't expect to get any kind of service or the goods you paid for.

GAME BOKSBURG SELLS BROKEN APPLIANCES AND TELL YOU TO GO TO HELL WHEN YOU COMPLAIN.This is Shaun Perumal the store manager at Game Boksburg.Bought a brand new Defy washing machine Thursday. When it was switched on it didn't work so it was taken back to the store. Upon inspection at the store by store personel it was found that the drive belt was not even on and that it needed to be exchanged as a factory fault. Simpiwe my sales agent said that to Shaun. The store manager said ..... NOT MY PROBLEM, BOOK IT IN WE WILL SEND IT BACK FOR REPAIRS. HE ALSO DID NOT CARE ABOUT A RETURN POLICY.Is there anyone that has some suggestions how to deal with this person who has no care for clients or customer support.A staff member said in confidence that he does that to everyone other than the Indian clients whom he helps immediately. That was rather shocking.

Game Cape Gate. I phoned 5 times, regarding an item on the pamphlet. Was put on hold for 15 minutes waiting for the employee to advise if the item was in stock. I eventually disconnected the call.I then phoned Tygervalley Game, extremely helpful lady, said they hadn't received the stock.It seems as if Game nation wide have the same problem -advertise items but don't have in stock. Perhaps its time Head Office woke up and took notice of all the negative comments on this page.

Worst decision buying from Game online, they will deliver a broken product and it takes more than a month to get a replacement or refund(still don’t have non), all their customer care people can say is that they'll refer to the relevant department but no help at all, horrible service

Hi I just came from Game in Paarl.I wanted to buy 2 tv s I ask for help nobody was prepared to help me .This constantly happens. Lots of people don't want to buy from Game because their service are very bad.

I placed an order on the game website on the 25th of November 2022, i received an order confirmation and expected delivery in early December. When i called the Game customer service center in December i was told that they cannot track or find my order, on the 22nd of December i received an email from Nompumelelo Aluta advising me that they cannot locate and my order, after that email nobody tried to reach out or assist me with trying to locate it. On the 4th of January 2023 i contacted Game again and spoke to Minenhle who then helped me locate my order and she said that it would be delivered.On the 9th of January 2023 I then received delivery and only received ONE of THREE items!I then called in the customer service center again today 10th of January 2023 and i was told by Sinovuyo that she will locate the missing items and arrange delivery.This is very poor service from Game! i ordered the items in December because i needed the items for holiday in December but nobody could help even locate the order in December!
