Very bad service have been trying to call whole day nobody answers the phone.

Am very angry with the service l got from the offices the workers we so nice but those owners they dont care about how you want your things and when they dont answer your call after you pay.your service is so bad l repeat

Good value, staff willing to assist, although business locations are not very favorable to drive in trade.

We purchased a fridge on the 29/11/2022 from Bawas Furnishers Verulam we were notified over phone call that there was stock of the fridge prior to making payment the same day and delivery will be 2-3 days upon receiving the item. Days went by with no communication from Bawas Furnishers Verulam , a week later i receive a message saying that they had received the fridge and then we arranged for the fridge to be delivered an hour later the guy says there's a small issue with the fridge as the warehouse sent the wrong 1 and that it's his fault he told me the fridge was there...i advised im in desperate need of a fridge if there is something i can use in the meantime all he said was i am arranging yours for you". Today is the 11/12/2022 the guy messaged my brother to let us know he is unable to get the fridge that we already paid for and we should now pay R900 more for another fridge. Im extremely furious i need this situation to be rectified urgently and i also want to know which company takes payment for something they don't have stock off and also don't have the decency to keep the customer updated but rather try to make more money from their customer. Customer service was pathetic to say the least we are still waiting to hear from a manager"
