Please don't bother with the other toy places in the mall, they sell expensive rubbish. Toys R US always have great deals on quality toys. We have always found something in every price range. From R20 up!

You should be so proud of this store. Every single time I walk in, I am greeted in the friendliest manner. I have been a shopper here for years and have always been happy shopping here, but the service has been even more exceptional lately. Toys R us Watercrest Is my favourite place to shop. Keep up the excellent work.

I always (incorrectly) assumed Toys R Us was overpriced. Since having kids and frequenting the Watercrest store I have found they had some really good prices on cots, prams and so forth. The store is a breeze, and the security guard on duty always has a welcoming smile. He is a great ambassador for the store!

Amazing service, they looked for a well over an hour for a barbie I wanted to buy for my daughters birthday. They finally found it and with a smile on their face.

Staff are helpful but you can't always find them. They double as tellers so there's often a queue to post because there's only 1 working the tills. Great specials, always.

A great shop for last minute present ideas. Pricey for most toys. But a few mark downs at the moment. Always clean and the staff are generally friendly and helpful.
