Pathetic service. Doctor said my sons cut is infected and he needs antibiotics and stiristrips. He didn’t clean it or apply anything. Said I must do it and get the plasters and strips myself. After paying R450 for him to say that?

They are not great for follow up service unfortunately. This despite chasing them with two phone calls and an email - the initial consultation was two weeks ago. Not recommended if you need anything more than a once-off consultation.

Went in to Dr Venter to fix a chip in my tooth, had no pain, first appointment he inserted Titian plugs into my tooth as part of the filling, within 10 minutes of leaving the room I experienced electric shock without my whole body shaking.Ive been back 4 times now dr Venter doesn't take my called, I'm left with excruciating pain, and no help in sightis

Not a great experience, issue not resolved. After a 10 min consultation and a R1100 bill, he just told me to see another dentist as he was not sure.

Fantastic Dentist. Painless, professional, friendly and fair priced. 20 minutes for a large filling this includes filling in the form before seeing the Dentist and also paying after having the tooth was sorted. Highly recommend these two Professionals.

Went to docter Venter to remove a crown and put a temporary brige.. was an awful experience and never had so much pain when he removed the crown not to talk about the temporary bridge that had a very rough finish. Will never ever refer clients to him as the pain was really bad. Did my bridge at my old denstist in pretoria what nice job.. will rather stick with my dentist!!! Will never go back for help at Dr Venter.

The Dr’s and Dentist are very good. Always friendly and helpful. Pity about the reception and their bad attitude. They are extremely unhelpful and at times plain rude. But if you can get past that it’s a great practice with good doctors.

Zero Star Dentist there.. I had a horrible experience.. I went there for teeth cleaning and general teeth check-up.. I had to ask him (the dentist) to stop immediately because the pain was unbearable and the dentist said that's how he does it.. Going there was a waste of my time and my money.. I don't recommend anyone to go there.. It's a thumbs down dentist..
