1 star = Truworths' staff at the makeup aisle. They are very rude. They won't see me again.5 stars = M.A.C Cosmetics' staff. Amazing people. Always friendly no matter how busy. Thank you.

1 stop shop, all Truworths brands under 1 umbrella, but when I waned to buy 2 pairs of shoes I asked the lady who works in DH store fitting room to assist me, she just told to wait... I waited for her for more 15min and ended up leaving without any feedback because getting late for work

The shop is inside Wonder park shopping mall. There is a lot of variety inside truworths and mostly items that are on sale are normally dermacated. The staff is normally very busy but are always willing to help when you ask for assistance. Shop is neat and clean and always smelling very nice.

Some staff members are willing to go the extra mile for customers, and some not. I was not satisfied with the help I got from the cashier. The store manager managed to resolve my issue without hesitation. I always have the best experience with staff on the floor. Kholofelo, and the security Mmathapelo (always willing to go an extra mile for customers)

I received great assistance from Sophie and Kabelo at the Truworths at Wonderpark Mall. I actually saw an outfit from one of the mannequins at the display window. Kabelo didn't just point to where I should go, he helped look for the outfit, until we found it. Sophie then assisted in the fitting room, trying to get the right size for me. All I can say is, thank you for the awesome customer service, I will definitely be coming back for more shopping!

There is a sale so it was quite busy but only 3 cashiers we working the till so the line was slow n long until a customer complained then they immediately called 2 more to come n the line started moving.The lady mens section could not give m any advice on sizes cause she does not know about mens clothes.I wanted to buy a belt for a size 36 waist but she couldn't advice on which length to take.All in all my experience was not good

Had a great experience shopping at Truworths Wonderpark today. Got helped by a staff member called Tshudufedzo, who helped decide the best clothing I can get that were on sale. Overall the service was excellent.
