Very uncomfortable experience with staff. Way too pushy. I asked to open an account and was rushed along and just didn’t feel comfortable at all. Staff member made rude jokes towards me trying to be playful but was just distasteful when working with a prospective client. I managed to get the account and have been called at least 5 times asking when I’m coming in to buy something but I am at work and unable to leave, apon hearing that the staff member on the phone replied with “ag whatever, then just do what you want” which is completely and utterly unprofessional!So not happy with service from staff above all but their prices are also too high, was looking at something on special but after doing more research I found many better deals at much better prices and they weren’t even on special.It looks nice from the outside but not as great as it seems. Just overall not happy, will not be visiting again.

Ek haal diep asem en vra May a please speak to one of your sales personel Antwoord: Hold on......Nou hoor ek hoe sy in die agtergrond met iemand praat. Volgende: Sorry mam he is busy with a customer, can I get your number then he can phone you back. Ek vra: Do you have only one sales person? Antwoord: The others are out.My antwoord: DankieSwak swak swak!!! Ek kan nie in my taal bedien word nie en dan is daar ook nie so iets soos diens nie. I did not need to have a staff member being corrected in my presence while waiting to pay for my purchase

I bought an automatic washing machine from you guys. I regularly paid the bill, and after about 6 months the washing machine began to rust. I've asked you time and time again to replace the washing machine because I'm not going to settle the bill if the machine rusts like that. Never but never was followed up about the washing machine. On the contrary, I was ignored.So I stopped paying the washing machine. I'm not going to waste my money on a machine rusting apart. Now you have turned me over to a firm to collect the outstanding money from me. Well good luck. I won't pay it, but on the contrary your names and shame as far as I can. And when I look at your other reviews, it amazes me that you are still in business.

I do hope management read these reviews as I would like some response. In order to post this review I had to give one star. Believe me I do not think they deserve even one star.I phoned in advance to enquire about a fridge I needed for my BnB. I spoke to Thembi and arranged to come in the next day to buy the fridge.Next day, 8 Feb 2019, my husband and I walk into the store. There were no other customers in the store. The only people we could see were 2 staff members standing around a desk in the showroom talking to a 3rd staff member who was sitting at the desk. Now the showroom is not huge and so they could see us clearly. Well we were ignored from the time we walked in until we stormed out in a rage. They did not greet us, ask if they could help us or acknowledge us in any way at all. They just carried on laughing, chatting as if we were invisible.My husband went up to examine the fridges - still in view of the 3 ladies - whilst I stood to the side of them waiting to be helped. I stood looking at the and could actually hear their conversation but still I was ignored. After more that 3 minutes of standing around like a fool I called to my husband that I was leaving. Only when I walked up. slammed my fist on a table did they look up.We walked out and will never go back. We went through to Caledon and bought our fridge from another retailer.That is why Full House, Hermanus store is always empty.
