Lovely place and atmosphere, we went for early lunch. Staff was friendly. More than enough parking available. There was a play spot for kiddies. We had the steak, eggs and chips and a eisbein with chips. Coke and bar-one milkshake. Drinks and food was super yummy!!!

Food was amazing but service took forever and the waiter forgot some of the food we ordered so he went back and forth defnintly will go again but not when it's on a public holiday.

Will definitely become a regular, good reasonably priced food, friendly efficient service. The manager was on the ball, noticed us swatting a couple of flies away ( is in the country after all) we didn't say anything & neither did he but within a couple of minutes the waiter arrived with citronella candles. Over all very impressed.

Booked for family Sunday lunch, totally underwhelming experience. The level of service in general was dismal; tried to speak to the manager who seemed disinterested to engage and in a rush. The lady serving us was inarticulate and it took us almost an hour to get our meals. Meanwhile patrons who arrived after us were getting served and seemed pretty comfortable. Yes I understand it was one of those Sunday afternoons where load shedding reared its head, but even when the Eisbein and T-Bone finally arrived it was super oily and dripping. The flies completely swarmed our table and we simply had to ask for candles to help. Eventually we had to make a dash elsewhere to redeem what had hoped to be a lovely Sunday afternoon with my family. Spoke to the lady manager on way out about the level of service we had experienced, and she simply reiterated that they were busy that Sunday and blamed it on load shedding! Once again didn't get any ounce of concern for the customer. Anyway, not a place I would recommend to anyone, especially if you scouting for a new spot with great food and customer service!

Great place for a relaxed Sunday lunch. There is inside and outside seating and live music on Sundays. The food is well priced and the waiters are very attentive. Well worth a visit.

Been here before and was looking forward to a relaxing day, good food and good service. HOWEVER, the grilled fish and calamari combo I ordered turned that idea into a nightmare. The calamari was good but the fish was mushy. Clearly is defrosted and then was grilled. I finished what I could and gave the fish back to the waitress explaining the issue. Let me make it clear: I did not ask for another piece of fish, nor did I want not to pay for my meal. I simply asked the waitress to tell the cook and manager. The manager, a woman, came over to my table with the biggest frown. She asked if I wanted them to grill the fish again. What manager of a restaurant ask such a ridiculous question??? It is common knowledge you cannot save" fish! And I told her so. Then she carried on by saying that I have eaten a 3rd of my food and now I want to complain...again
