Too date it has been nothing but poor service. It took the 1h38min to arrive at our offices after we made the call. There area manager has made 2 meetings but has yet to arrive at 1. Would never recommend them to my worst enemy. they are nothing but false promises and false advertising. They are not even deserving of this 1 star.

Judging by the other reviews, the company wont respond to this, but here goes.We recently moved into a new home and the sales team were quick to sign us up and install the equipment... but that's where it stopped. We were charged extra fees on our monthly subscription with no explanation as to why. Takes them forever to reply to a query and once we needed the patrol car to come past at night to check on my friends car that was parked outside for the night. There was no answer from the call centre nor a return call... what would happen in an emergency? Please for the security of your family use another company, they tie you into a year contract and you have to pay cancelling fees for no service.

Worst service from both National Security and Fidelity! Wow, for a security company so big but so pathetic , I wonder how PSIRA still has not discredited you all this time!Don’t respond to emails nor do they answer calls! It’s just a mess!

My experience of this company is VERY NEGATIVE.They have for months been illegally debiting my account and I get NO RESPONSE to all the mails and phone calls I have made in the past 11 days. There is obviously a great deal of FRAUD going on here and the customer care is completely useless. I have this very morning made 3 calls, been put through many times and no one ever answers! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They sold to Fidelity ADT without our knowledge. Fidelity are also interested only with debit orders, they have not come to change boards or confirm what contract I am in now...frustrating

For a security company they don't have an efficient switchboard operation. I tried phoning this morning and after 5 min. the call was answered. I requested to be put through to somebody to help me with a repair to my alarm system and was put through to a department and I held on for another half hour with no answer. I tried phoning back and waited another 15 min. with no answer. This is totally unacceptable.

When your alarm goes off at 6:36.. and they call at 6:56. This is a normal situation with them, sometimes they don’t even bother to call, and then when questioned about it they lie as say a vehicle gets dispatched when they receive a signal.. never seen a vehicle come to my property. worst service ever. Would not recommend them to anyone, I’m just waiting for my contract to come to an end.

Another edit: I threatened to take National Security to the small claims court, and like magic the claim had suddenly been approved and paid! Absolutely shocking that the threat of legal action was needed in order for them to fulfill their obligations. I stand by my original comment on this disgraceful company. I hope to NEVER have to deal with them again. (02 Dec 2022).UPDATE: It is the 28th of November and still NO MOVEMENT! I actually cannot believe that National Security can conduct themselves in such an unethical manner!If I could give a -5 star rating I would!One of National Security's Reaction Officers rear ended my car in MAY it is now AUGUST and they have not bothered to supply the claim information to Lawcor. Without this claim folder my car cannot be fixed! National Security caused an accident and have decided that ignoring the problem would be their choice of action. Absolutely disgusting behavior from a company that should have integrity. I highly discourage all potential clients from signing up with such a dishonest and disgraceful company.

I phoned to enquire about your services and spoke to Valencia. She tells me I need to speak to her supervisor and tells him I want emergency assistance even though I am not a client. I had said nothing of the sort. She then put me on hold and I eventually hung up. You can thank her for a lost sale.
