Changed my wind screen unfortunately their glass was very bad quality with small stone cracked a lot I don't thinks sabs approved

This level of service is absolutely appalling. It's now day 20 since my initial call to claim for my cracked windscreen.Pg Glass Pietermaritzburg has first said my insurance is not accepted by them because of an incompetent staff member who does not know about insurances. Apparently after me spelling it out to her and she finally logging the claim she then takes my contact details down wrong and there was no further communication until I called in a week or so later.I was then told on the 18th that it will now take a further 7 days for my windscreen to arrive! It's now 8 days later with no sort or attempt of communication.This type of service is not on say the least!Pg Glass Pietermaritzburg, worst service ever!

What a shockingly terrible experience I received. Firstly they came to fix a' chip after the hailstorm in November when I had specifically said the windscreen needed replacing! It then had to wait another 2 weeks for them to come and install the windscreen

Went there to quote my shower door. They sell glass only. When I asked to dispose of my old shower door glasses in their skipper, they were considerate.

Effecient friendly and on the ball service excellent

Over a week ago I asked for a quotation to replace my Land Cruiser's windscreen when after 2 days I phoned to enquire about progress, and today I am still waiting for a response. I have now gone elsewhere where the response was immediate.
