I had such a bad experience here with regards to the grooming of my pekingese and I will definitely not recommend that anyone use their grooming services. The first time I went there they did an amazing grooming job. The lady that groomed my dog did a beautiful puffy round, so I decided to go back. This time the lady Julie ( who I never met the first time) was extremely rude and abrasive. She doesn't care about what the client wants. My dogs hair was shaved extremely short and I did not want anyone to cut the hair on my dogs tail or head and it did not need to be cut. I am not new to grooming and in the past 8 years I have never had anyone do such a bad job on my dog. This was NOT what I had asked her to do.

Best place to get your kids groomed. Love the fact that they do collect and deliver also.

I have been with The Dog Club since 2010 and have never had a bad experience. I feel a part of the family and they know me and my dogs as individuals rather than just customers. I've trained my dogs there and they have been grooming them since day 1. If you want your pets to receive love and attention they deserve then this is the place to bring them.

I have been using the Dog Club (Haddon branch) for over a year and have had the best experience. The service is top notch. They are always so friendly and professional and take brilliant care of my fur baby. They have the most patience for him and his hyperactivity and he always comes back happier than when he went. The shop is also always well stocked with a wide variety of items of good quality. Absolutely recommended. Every time. Thank you for the continued good service. Can't wait for his next groom

Great staff and very friendly trainers. Everyone is very knowledgeable and sincere and the dog training techniques and ideals are constantly updated and always evolving with the times. Would highly recommend their training and grooming to all dog owners.

The Dog Club is a palace for my fur kids. A one stop shop for all your pooches needs with amazing employees who foster such loving bonds with the animals they work with. My Schnauzer gets groomed at the Randhart branch and not only do I love it but everyone asks and knows when he’s had a fresh cut.Puppy School, Day Care, Grooming and a Pet Hotel!Can’t find anything bad to say about the great service I’ve had consistently over the last 2 years.
